Our wig product is crafted with Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range is typically around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair has no cuticle layer, which is necessary for the color to last over an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be washed out effectively.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following steps: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; Wash the wig with shampoo in cold or warm water, soaking it for 1-3 minutes; Rinse with water; Dry with a towel; Gently shake the wig to restore its style, and then allow it to air dry naturally.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To manage this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any loose hair, starting from the ends and working towards the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

Please note that the hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly from batch to batch, as it is hand-trimmed. You can restyle the wig as desired to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on the settings of your personal computer or cell phone monitor. We strive to accurately represent the colors in our product images, but some variation may occur.

The wig is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber. Due to the packaging or transportation process, the wig may be slightly out of shape when you receive it. However, you can easily restore the desired shape by combing it or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then match the image.

The wig has an approximate length of 12 inches (30 cm), and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.
